Chanel

Chanel has wanted to collaborate with Bweez to develop an immersive experience aimed at boosting and strengthening sales forces through the transmission of expertise in 360 degrees. From the fields of Grasse to the starry summer sky, groups of 5 to 8 people will delve into Chanel's history and the significance of the mysterious number 5. Equipped with a tablet, a session guide activates graphic and sound content to make the experience lively and interactive.

BIG IDEA

Through this concept, we wanted to elevate the number 5 and unveil the secrets that make this brand so authentic.


We aimed to reveal these stories and illustrate them graphically to create a powerful sales narrative that will remain memorable for the sales teams.

The message conveyed within these walls will be interpreted and communicated by the sales forces, becoming a powerful communication tool within the stores.

A powerful contrast between day and night highlights the duality of black and white, so representative of Chanel.

The identity of the graphic tablet remains simple, carefully distinguishing the major chapters to allow for full interaction with the environment. In contrast, the overall atmosphere is intended to be both generous and authentic.

GRAPHICAL DESIGN

A meticulous composition process allowed us to recreate certain elements identically, enabling a journey through various regions of France via this visual and auditory immersion.

The graphic renderings were developed for a life-size format and adapted for an iPad version to allow for wider distribution of the training tool. The iPad immersion is accompanied by narration translated into more than eight languages, enhancing each interaction with the environment.

SOUND DESIGN

Because immersion is incomplete without sound, we were committed to crafting soundscapes that accompany the message conveyed on the murals at every moment.

We made sure to stay true to the sounds of the locations featured in this journey and highlighted certain moments with interface sounds to amplify key elements, such as the creation of the Lion constellation or the shower of shooting stars, delivering a truly grand reveal.

A thorough sourcing process enabled the implementation of a 360-degree sound system to recreate the atmosphere in the most authentic way possible.

A careful selection of materials greatly contributed to optimal sound diffusion and soundproofing of the experience, ensuring the enjoyment of the Chanel teams.

ARCHITECTURE

The Bweez team worked on setting up a simple architectural configuration that allows the integration of a digital ecosystem tailored for immersion.

Screen walls, sound installation, and the interaction between the tablet and Wi-Fi: each piece of equipment is carefully integrated to minimize the visibility of the technology.

The configuration can be adapted into square or rectangular formats to meet the needs of different countries and their budgetary constraints.
